The fitness industry has come a long way since then.


One of the side effects of modern technology is that human beings have become less active today and modern medicines are helping us live longer than our forefather but our stressful and unhealthy lifestyle has given rise to many medical complications such as obesity,diabetes,certain cancers and various cardiovascular diseases which has led people to become more conscious about their health.
